1. Visit https://www.simplefoodproject.com/my-account/
  2. Enter your login credentials 
  3. Navigate to the "Payment Methods" tab or visit https://simplefoodproject.com/my-account/payment-methods/
  4. Click "Add Payment Method"
  5. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
  6. Click "Add Payment Method" again * If you added successfully, it would take you back to  https://simplefoodproject.com/my-account/payment-methods/and a green pop-up will appear.  See the below screenshot.
  7. Next, visit the tab "Scheduled Orders" or visit https://simplefoodproject.com/my-account/scheduled-orders/


Find the autoship order you would like to update and click on the payment method dropdown.

  1. Click on the card that you would like to use on your autoship order. 
  2. Once selected,  you should see your autoship order turn blue with 4 dots spinning.  Once the screen goes back to white, you know that this information has been saved.


  1. Lastly, check your autoship details.
  • IS YOUR AUTOSHIP SET TO PROCESS?  See the red box bottom in the screenshot below. It should say "PAUSE SCHEDULE" if the autoship is active. If it says "RESUME SCHEDULE" like the below screenshot, then it is NOT active.  In which case, you can click on "RESUME SCHEDULE" to activate it again.

IF YOUR AUTOSHIP FAILED TO PROCESS BECAUSE OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE STEPS ABOVE - YOU NEED  TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FAILED ORDER REPROCESSES AND DOES NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE ORDER.
